Fahed's experience extends beyond retail into international real estate and development. At Vantage Holdings SA, he led negotiations relating to a USD 1.5 billion real-estate partnership for a landmark development in Egypt, while building international sales networks across London, Cairo and Dubai.
His earlier development experience included Bloom Properties and markets across the UAE, Iraq and Algeria, including achieving 96% occupancy at above-market rates.The experience added another dimension to his leadership perspective: the intersection of place, brand, investment, customer experience and long-term value creation.
